Everything we sell passes a strict quality inspection before it ever leaves our grounds. We strive to offer cost-effective solutions for all your mulch, biofuel, and animal bedding needs, but sometimes our customers wonder…how do we create our products in a way that meets our high standards? Here’s a sneak peek behind the process:
Mulch:
We start with wood slabs or logs and put them through one of our B66 Rotochopper grinders with a 4” screen. This generates a rough grind. We then put that through our B66T Rotochopper grinder with a 2” screen. Lastly, the regrind material goes through our Sahara X1 Colourizer to generate coloured mulch. We offer three choices: Impact Black, Coffee Brown, or Magic Dark Red. You can trust our dye is environmentally safe while also being top quality because we only use Colorbiotics – aka the best dye in the market!
Biofuel:
Waste not, want not. We start with waste wood and put it through our EC-256 Electric Rotochopper grinder through a 2” screen. We use MANY magnets on the line to ensure no metal is in the material. Our biofuel is 100% wood and completely safe!
Animal Bedding:
We know your animals deserve the best. Our animal bedding is soft and dependable while still being ultra-affordable. Like our biofuel, our wood waste wood goes through our EC-256 Electric Rotochopper grinder through a 2” screen. Next, we put it through our RMT Electric Rotochopper Hammermill through screens ranging in size from 5/16” to 5/8”. Once it’s ready, we transfer all animal bedding to our double-trailer loading system for efficient and weatherproof storage.
